Wellness Wholesale ship orders to Australian and international addresses.

For orders placed before 12 noon (WST) on business days the team at Wellness Wholesale will endeavour to send out goods the same day.

Wellness Wholesale endeavour to protect all goods against damage.

Wellness Wholesale reserve the right to vary the freight cost from that shown in the shopping cart in instances where goods are being sent to regions deemed remote, isolated, not serviced or for heavy or large items. Any variation will require us to notify you prior to despatch.

Please ensure that when completing the address details for your order that these details are accurate. Wellness Wholesale does not take responsibility for orders that have been incorrectly addressed due to the Customer entering incorrect information.

If orders placed through the Wellness Wholesale website are not received by the suggested delivery time, please check the tracking details provided in the email forwarded to you after order processing. It is important to monitor the order tracking regularly to stay informed about the status of your shipment. Standard Order Freight Costs

Based on the order delivery address and the goods included in the order, at checkout, the system will calculate the different shipping options available for each individual order. 

Within Australia, orders under a total of $1,350 inclusive of GST will attract a standard freight charge of $19.95. Orders over a total of $1,350 inclusive of GST will be freighted for FREE via standard delivery. Express Delivery will attract additional charges from the standard delivery fee and is calculated based on the weight of the goods. 

For International Orders, delivery is calculated based on the weight of the goods. All international orders are sent via Australia Post Express. Import duties and taxes will be borne by the purchaser or in the event of a drop shipment, by the end receiver.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary greatly dependant upon destination. Potentially, a standard delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on the delivery address location within Australia. If you require the fastest possible delivery method, please contact us for up to date information.

Drop Shipping Service

Wellness Wholesale offer a Drop Shipping service to our wholesale clients whereby Wellness Wholesale can send an order direct to a client on your behalf. There is no minimum order requirement for Drop Shipping orders. To place a Drop Ship order, at the checkout process you will need to select the Drop Shipping option and this will add a $7.50 Drop Shipping Fee to your order. You can then add the address details for your client; choose your shipping option; select whether brochures and protocol sheets should be included; add any special delivery instructions and order notes; and upload any documents relevant to the order. Address details can also be added to your Address Book for future use.

Once the order has been processed by Wellness Wholesale you will receive an email with the tracking details for the parcel that you can then choose to pass onto your client.

Please Note: If the parcel is being sent outside of Australia, it is essential that you upload the invoice to the client so that this can be included with the parcel for customs purposes. Wellness Wholesale is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that are payable for International orders. Wellness Wholesale will not be held liable if goods cannot be shipped to a particular country. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify any shipping restrictions for specific products to certain countries, including customs regulations or other limitations.

Drop Ship parcels can now be sent to an extensive list of countries throughout the world. If a country that you wish to send a Drop Ship parcel to has not been included in the available list, please contact us

Returns & Refunds

Products may only be returned because they are faulty or damaged in transit to you. Returns will not granted based on the flavour of a product or an incorrect order.

You must open your package from us immediately on receipt to inspect items are correct and accounted for. You need to carefully inspect for any signs of damage at this time. If you received damaged goods or an incorrect order from us, notification is required immediately.

When receiving goods please make sure that upon arrival you immediately check the Best Before date for each item. We endeavour to supply goods with reasonable Best Before dates and try to ensure that all goods supplied will have more than six months of time prior to the Best Before date on the item. However, should an item(s) be supplied that has less than six months from it’s Best Before date, you have one week after the date of the delivery of your order to make contact with us to make arrangements for a replacement. Should contact be made after this one week timeframe, it is at our discretion as to whether replacements will be provided.

In all instances an RGA (Returned Goods Authority) must be issued by us prior to goods return, regardless of reason. Goods returned without an RGA may not be accepted. You will need to contact us to receive a copy of our RGA.

In the event that a refund is necessary, Wellness Wholesale reserves the right to decide whether a store credit or cash refund will be issued based on the specific circumstances.

Policy Regarding Damage or Products Broken in Transit to You.

Damaged goods returned will be examined and will be further tested. Warranties will be given for failure of goods when due to a manufacturing defect but not if goods are damaged due to improper handling or use. Replacement will be determined in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law – major & minor failure. Damage or failure as a result of any other cause is not warrantable. Goods returned that are found to have no fault, will be returned to you at your expense.
