Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all wholesale orders placed with Wellness Wholesale also referred to as “we, our, us”. By placing an order, you accept and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- Orders and Minimum Order Value
- The minimum order amount is $350 (excluding freight) for standard wholesale orders.
- Orders to be placed via our website (you must be logged into the website to be able to add items to your shopping cart).
- For drop shipping orders placed through our website, the $350 minimum does not apply; a $7.50 drop shipping fee will be charged per order.
- Freight and Delivery
- Standard (Road) Freight: $19.95 per order.
- Free Freight: Orders over $1350 (excluding freight) receive free standard freight.
- Express and Courier Options: Additional freight options are available at extra cost.
- International Orders: We have the ability to send client orders via Australia Post Express to international destinations.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice by email. Tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
- Delivery charges may change from time to time based on industry circumstances and/or CPI.
- Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received.
- Drop Shipping
- Drop shipping is available via our website. The $350 minimum order is waived for drop ship orders, but a $7.50 drop shipping fee applies.
- Only a packing slip (no invoice or pricing) will be included with drop ship orders. It is your responsibility to invoice and collect payment from your client.
- Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: Products may only be returned if they are faulty or were damaged in transit to you. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as product flavour preference or incorrect orders placed by you.
- Inspection on Delivery: You must open and inspect your package immediately upon receipt to confirm all items are correct, accounted for, and undamaged. Please check the Best Before date for each item at this time.
- Notification: If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect order, you must notify us immediately.
- Best Before Dates: We aim to supply goods with at least six months remaining before their Best Before date. If you receive an item with less than six months before expiry, you must contact us within one week of delivery to arrange a replacement. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
- Returned Goods Authority (RGA): All returns require an RGA issued by us prior to return. Goods returned without an RGA may not be accepted. Please contact us to receive an RGA.
- Refunds and Credits: If a refund is necessary, Wellness Wholesale reserves the right to decide whether a store credit or cash refund will be issued, depending on the circumstances.
- Assessment of Returns: Damaged goods will be examined and tested. Warranties apply for manufacturing defects only—not for improper handling or use. Goods found to have no fault will be returned to you at your expense.
- Australian Consumer Law: Replacements and refunds will be determined in accordance with Australian Consumer Law regarding major and minor failures.

- Warranty and Defective Goods
- If goods are faulty or damaged, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Retention of Title
- Ownership of all goods supplied remains with Wellness Wholesale until full payment is received.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or a refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Interest on Late Payments
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 2% per month.
- Intellectual Property
- You are granted a limited licence to use our brand materials, logos, and images solely for the purpose of promoting and selling our products. All intellectual property remains the property of Wellness Wholesale.
- Account Access and Resource Library
- Approved wholesale account holders must be logged in to be able to access wholesale pricing and place orders.
- When logged in, you can also access the Resource Library for brand information, images, and promotional materials.
- Staff Training
- Staff training is available by phone or Zoom upon request.
- Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
- Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or transport delays).
- Acceptance of Terms
- Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms, whether or not a signature is provided.
- Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
- Compliance with Law
- These Terms comply with Australian Consumer Law and the Unfair Contract Terms regime.
